Our Privacy and Data Protection Notice is designed to tell you, the user, about our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and other information about you or your business that may be provided via this website or collected through our booking form, our application, services or otherwise.

Google Integration

Zaptime's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google Calendar data to prevent conflicts in bookings/appointments and create events. We offer the integration of multiple calendars to promote more efficient scheduling. Users who book with you will never have access to see your calendar.

We WILL NEVER sell your information to a third party.

A Zaptime User, Attendee, or a third party may voluntarily give us certain information. This can include names, email addresses, and phone numbers; email addresses of other people; the subject of the meeting; and any other information provided to us or as required by the Zaptime User upon scheduling.

Access to third-party accounts

This type of service allows this Application to access Data from your account on a third-party service and perform actions with it. These services are not activated automatically but require explicit authorization by the User.

Google Calendar API

Users may authorize Zaptime to access their Google profile. We use the information from Google calendar to determine when users are free or busy to display the available events in the embeddable Zaptime calendar.

Contacting via newsletter

By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list. Contact list containing the email will receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning this Application. Your email address might also be added to this list due to signing up for this Application or after making a purchase.

Handling payments

We process payments by credit card, bank transfer, or other means via external payment service providers.

Stripe is a payment service provided by Stripe Inc.

Your rights

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. Data Retention
